Custom Ceremony

Service Description

Base ceremony fee includes unlimited phone and email consultation, custom ceremony script, first 30 miles of travel one way to wedding venue, officiating ceremony, returning marriage license to appropriate County Clerk office, and follow up with County Clerk to ensure license is properly recorded. Please note that a travel fee will apply for venues over 30 miles from the 77040 zip code. Paul is available to attend rehearsals for an additional fee,

Cancellation Policy

The agreement of the officiant to perform the ceremony is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by the officiant to find a replacement. Should the officiant be unable to secure a replacement to perform the ceremony, client shall receive a full refund. Client agrees that in all circumstances, officiant liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that officiant shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract. All deposits are nonrefundable if cancelled within 90 days of the wedding unless the officiant cancels the wedding.
